Performance of Reactor Products

The reactor is a horizontal cylindrical device made of steel. The reactor cover is pressed from a single piece of 16MnR steel plate, and the reactor cover flange and reactor body flange are manufactured through integral forging of 16Mn. The welds of pressure-bearing components have undergone heat treatment and strict non-destructive testing in accordance with relevant standards.

The reactor door adopts a movable quick-opening structure, which is opened and closed by a hand-cranked reducer. It can also be opened and closed electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically according to user requirements. It is equipped with a complete interlocking protection device, which minimizes the hidden danger of misoperation and ensures the operation of the reactor and the safety of operators. There are two types of reactor door opening modes for users to choose from: side-opening and top-opening. The side-opening type adopts a rotating arm door-opening mechanism, which rotates flexibly, allows low-position operation, and is simple and convenient to open. The top-opening type adopts a lever-type door-opening mechanism; the lower end of the lever is connected to the reactor door, and the upper end is equipped with a counterweight device. This type is easy to open and occupies less space on the side of the reactor.

The reactor door seal uses rubber sealing rings produced by professional manufacturers, which are easy to install, have good sealing performance and a long service life. For different parts of the reactor body support, three types of supports are provided: fixed supports, movable supports and end supports. They well adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction of the reactor body, ensuring the normal operation and service life of the reactor.

The reactor is equipped with safe valves, pressure gauges, temperature measuring elements, steam inlet and exhaust valves, sealed ball valves, steam traps and other reliable valves and instruments. In addition, a sewage removal tank is provided for users to choose and use.

In addition to the conventional steam distribution pipes and guide rails, the internal parts of the reactor are also specially equipped with a sealed steam anti-impact cover and a steam trap cover for the convenience of users.
