Liquid oxygen storage tank

Liquid oxygen storage tanks are mainly used for the low-temperature liquid storage of oxygen.

This series of low-temperature storage tanks are double-layer fixed vacuum powder-insulated storage tanks (tanks). The inner tank is made of stainless steel (among which carbon dioxide storage tanks use 16MnDR), and the outer tank is made of Q235B or 16MnR. For the surface coating, processes such as sandblasting for rust removal, purging, and spraying are adopted, and a two-component cured liquid coating is used simultaneously.

Application Scope and Features

1 cubic meter of liquid can replace 130 gas cylinders. It can eliminate the need for daily transportation of gas cylinders back and forth, saving a large amount of human and material resources. Widely used in the gas industry, hospitals, metal smelting, and other users with large gas consumption, it is an excellent product for realizing centralized gas supply. It features a long service life, compact structure, small floor space, centralized control, and easy operation.
